SME AOC/ISRD Collection Management & ISR Planning Specialist (ACC)

Job Summary:
The contractor shall provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support in Collection Requirements Management (CRM), ISR Assessments, Collections Operations Management (COM), and ISR planning in support of AOC/ISRD operations on National, CCMD, and Joint Task Force (JTF)- level ISR tasks with a focus on: theater and national capabilities and processes; ISR Assessments tasks to include the evaluation of Measures of Effectiveness (MoE) and Measures of Performance (MoP); COM tasks to include collection planning, asset scheduling, and PED resource management; and ISR planning in support of U. S. and coalition force operations.

Essential Job Functions:

Specific support requirements are as follows:

  • Deploy and sustain adequate collection management SMEs in order to support ISR operations and associated ISR planning, CRM and COM, and assessments support around the globe to include, but not limited to:
  • Engagement with analysts, determine intelligence needs, identify possible collection strategies, and convert into collection requirements. Solicit, coordinate, research, de-conflict, create, register, prioritize, and validate multi-INT requirements in accordance with theater policy, guidance, processes, and SOPs.
  • Support development of collection plans and strategies in order to employ ISR assets across the range of operations.
  • Support COM functions to include the direction, scheduling, and control of specific collection platforms and associated PED resources.
  • Provide on-site and/or off-site Configuration Management (CM) and ISR operations user training to Component Headquarters, JTFs, and other forward-deployed locations around the globe.
  • Develop written documentation in support of theater CM training initiatives as required.
  • Maintain proficiency on DoD CM and ISR applications and tools to include, but not limited to, PRISM/COUGAR, CRATE, GIMS, ROME, UNICORN, and others as identified at the JTF and Component levels.
  • Identify and maintain awareness of collection management issues identified by all DoD, IC, Service Component, and JTF customers; develop lessons learned based on findings; and act as a liaison between all global locations, Component Headquarters, and JTFs.
  • Theater CM processes, CM tools familiarization/training will be required via job rotation in support of Counter Terrorism (CT) missions.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    Bachelors degree

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
