Responsibilities:

Promoting Meritage Homes to prospective buyers and meeting monthly/quarterly sales goalsGuiding homebuyers throughout the entire sales process, including contract and mortgageProviding exceptional customer service to Meritage Homes BuyersGenerating traffic through relationships with the Realtor community, participating in community events and meetings, and other networking venuesProposing business plans for success and determining best marketing practices for community demographics
Qualifications:
ACTIVE State RE License required (if applicable, state specific)Onsite new home sales experience requiredCollege degree or some college hours preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer proficient with ability to learn new systems quicklyAbility to engage, promote, educate and persuadeAbility to analyze and propose solutions to complex problemsNumerical aptitude with basic understanding of financial principlesHigh level of enthusiasm and excitementProfessional appearance and presentationMust be able to work nights, weekends, and most holidays Overview:
